#3341, "snare bug maybe"


          

help files indicate that if you hold only a dagger that you have a chance to cut your way out of a snare, so i grabbed my level 1 dagger and walked into a snare and I got snared, i tried moveing a bunch and only got more entangled, if its supposed to work maybe an echo that says you try to cut your way free and fail?

Yes...there is a chance. You obviously failed that chance. Once you're snared, that's it you can't cut your way free.
