Didn't post this when I played Sossaphrin as I forgot since I didn't use it in pk.

However, in the same way that you used to be able to do stuff in the pre-vault lag, you can also do stuff in the pre-morosacharge lag.

eg I can start a morosa charge with an argument of 4. During this time, I can walk around. It becomes abusable (unless it is by intent) when you consider that you can bash someone before the morosacharge goes through but well after you started calling the spirits. Or charge them and have the morosacharge go through immediately after etc.
