She had attacked the bouncer, BUT the bouncer had not been dragged into combat yet. This is by design.

This is the bug he's talking about:
1) Azithrella busied the bouncer while Daj attacked him (Mhlard, I'm guessing).
2) Daj attacked Mhlard (so the bouncer yells, but never attacks Daj)
3) Azithrella flees, and then the bouncer attacks Mhlard because in an already on-going fight he makes the next "strike", even though technically Daj started the fight. The bouncer even ignores Daj tripping him after Az fled.

At least, that's my take.
