Expected: Killing XXXX for the XXXX killing quest in XXXX or an XXXX in the XXXX for the the XXXX would count as killing one of the XXXX

Actual: If the cyclone spell is the last hit to kill the mob, it does not count at all.

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Log on with an invoker
2) Kill
3) Turn in the quest

Repro Rate: 5/5

So the problem is when you kill things before combat starts. As in - kill it in one hit. I added some safety rails so single-hit-kills should work okay now.
