It feels like courage should actual fully protect from fear, but the demon seems to land it easily frequently. Please snip log below, but it shows I was feared and still had courage up (though you can't use courage if you have fear).

I made it so it will be more obvious to the victim when courage DID help them against fear.

Also you should cast courage when fear is on you. It helps.
