So all of your posts were wrong. It was working fine, it just fires based on specific circumstances.

BUT in looking at how it worked - I did see some issues that were making it prog TOO often.

So now it will fire less. It will fire more in relation to courageous combat, less in relation to NOT courageous combat. So really play out the courage angle and it'll feel better than before. Don't and it'll be worse than before.
