Weird messaging on this (quest spell?) that XXX has that makes the weird AoE panoply of effects.

A <THING> seems to wrestle with an unseen force for control of her weapon!

Ends up poltergeist was never working correctly.

So I corrected it.

Necro users should see a relatively substantial improvement in what it does.
