Ok, so not sure this is actually a bug but I thought cutoff which is earned by stalking would only work whilst in trance. So maybe is just me misunderstanding it.

Background - I stalk XXXX 5-6 times, then trance and attack him.
He realises I am tranced so flees, I cut him off the first time, and then he manages to flee successfully.
About XXX hours pass before we re-engage. At which point trance has fallen. I've got about XXX hours till the trance timer for sneaking/hiding wears off.

This is the full log at least from the point of attacking the 1st time.
