Probably not a bug, but with the Mute Flaw you are unable to use healers. Somehow, NPC healers are idiots and can't figure out what you might need. Sure sure, I'm bleeding out here or have plague sores all over the body, but nope, a healer NPC wouldn't have a clue what you want. Just tossing that out there b/c that seems odd.

You're mute. The flaw includes communicating how you want to be healed.
