I'm not sure what is going on, but the failure rate for squid lash is extremely high. I miss 10 to 15 in a row before hitting one. I have tracked the last 50 hours of play how many times I have hit it, and its about 20% hit rate. Is this by design or is something off? It doesn't matter if its in pk or not. I missed 15 in a row on zombies of my level.

Testing and debugging show it is totally fine and that you're incorrect. Remember RNG is a thing.
