.. and therefore doesn't seem to dodge at all. Every other form on the planet seems to have least 'minimal dodge'... and the minor rodents are usually better than that. I see a 'dam reduction' value, and assume the dodge won't be good... but it should be non-zero?

It isn't part of the rodent family.
