I never had this edge deliver a defensive elbow strike during close combat. Elbow, knee and kick doesn't seem to be doing anything special after i took this edge. I don't quite understand what does it mean "knee strikes which wind the victim, and kicks which hobble the
victim. Additionally,", but elbow isn't doing anything like "lbow strikes which bloody the
victim's nose".

There is no echo when it works because it ALWAYS works. It is doing something.
