Before forging the axe was +2 hit +4 dam

After forging although the echo for improved hitroll fired, it removed all hit roll from the weapon. This has happened multiple times where forging has removed stats instead of increased them so I believe it might be a bug.

Before that it was -2 hitroll. Not +2 hitroll.
