Not sure what happened here I was killing monks when I was level 18.
Was getting 400 odd xp etc for other monks but when I killed Harkrin
I only received 1xp. I wasnt affected by anything afaik.
Seemed like a bug.

There are some things that can cause reduced experience, but I wasn't able to reproduce anything concerning.
