The following were fighting in the Jade Mountains and I saw
the following as I listened helplessly nearby (in one of the
rooms with no exit):

X yells 'Help! Y is bashing me with $s shield!'

Note the '$s'. I don't have any triggers or substitutions on
my end that would cause this. Pretty much the vanilla skin for
