Thieves can sneak and hide in plains. A plains ranger, cannot see a thief in plains at all. Going by the past precedents of rangers in their home terrain being able to see (Invis) as well as anything hidden, this doesn't make sense. I hope this can be reviewed as it seems like a bug. Thanks.

Vision stuff is weird, but it is true that other non-normal ranger types get that special vision.

So I suppose plainsrunners should too - and I believe they were meant to.
