Angel comes unbound at hour 7 of timer, unable to rebind until hour 1 of timer. Angel shows as unbound with detect charm.

Same for elemental.

That echo doesn't mean the angel is lightbound. It means YOU have recently had a cast of lightbind, and can't do so again currently, because that affect is still counting you as having recently bound a servitor.


There *COULD* be a bug in there somewhere, but it's unclear to me currently.
