Some wand spots have multiple spots around the zone that might be 'the thing'. It's your job to search for and find them all. Looks like it populated fine, you just have to look in the right one.

If you have absolutely no luck after searching, I'll dig some more and do more replicating - but I've seen this spot work fine and the code looks fine to me too.
