This transmuter is abusing ghost status to spell up an outer guardian:

Tunathiel utters the words, 'oculoqarquyl'.
A massive giant's body seems to grow less solid as her bonemass decreases.
a massive giant: Intruder! Intruder! Tunathiel is raiding the Cabal!
A massive giant says 'Ghosts are not allowed in this place.'
A massive giant roars in fury as its massive hand swats at Tunathiel's incorporeal form. As its hand passes through her skull, she slumps to the ground unconscious!
The gods protect Tunathiel from a massive giant.

That's very lame.

People will now suffer worse consequences when attacking an outer while a ghost.
