Due to not knowing where to post something to ask if it's 'intentional' or not, and thinking that this really might be a bug, Tatarimokke's rake rakes like it's a tier 3 utility form and not a tier 1 form.
This is at skilled, but the damage hasn't increased at all from adequate.

The tatarimokke prefers to use its eyes, and it isn't very good at raking. You should see how messy its yard is.
