Expected: a mask of dull black scales should fit arials

Description:

A mask of dull black scales is light armor worn on face

Actual:

wear mask
You stop using a feathery yellow masquerade mask.
That will not fit your avian features.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Get the mask
2. Try to wear it as an arial.

Repro rate: 1/1, never tried again.

Looks like the flags on it were mixed up. Should be properly arial-only (and thus fit on arial faces) after this fix.
