I issued the 'give Dolenstan bundle' command and it wound up being received by Dasi Dolenstan rather than Jeril so now I can't complete the quest!

log:

My older character also had a problem with the quest. I gave Mr Dolansten the map bundle and the quest info still registers that the quest is incomplete.

You giving it to the wrong person isn't a bug.

Note that mobs can have MANY/MULTIPLE keywords. Thus if two mobs are 'merchant' or 'Dolansten', why not try OTHER keywords?
