I picked Late Bloomer at lvl 1 as a Minotaur warrior. After picking it, my age never changed (after roughly 5 hours of playing). Still "young" and approx 35 years old.

Looks like the flaw didn't have any affect.

I checked, it worked.

You're older than other minotaur.

35 years old is not the normal starting age for minos.
