I must have been to these areas with 100 characters and I believe I have found every key there is to find. I don't think there is a key to open the chest in the Large Cave near the entrance in Kobold Warrens nor is there a key to unlock the desk in Atrui.

Are they just meant to be opened by pick lock or is it an oversight in these areas?
