Herbs from herbal forage seem to be broken and doubling up in some areas, not allowing you to gather from others.

More common/general forests all basically count as "one" forest. The echo made it confusing, so I'll adjust the echo so you know it's about these herbs being too generic and that you should look elsewhere.
