Hyetian, the great winged devil won't heal me, but he will bless/etc by nodding. But when I type "heal" or "heal xxx" he says "The gods forbid me to serve you!". He may be looking for me to be in the Scarab cabal, rather than just wearing the tattoo... but he either should be able to heal me in most/all normal ways, or he shouldn't bless me and such.
