It's of level 35, with level 40 dispel magic, but it dispels level 51 spells with 100% probability (I've counted, 19 success out of 19 uses). It seems to be superwrong with a level difference like this (40 vs 51 spells). Futhermore, talismans supposed to contain unfamiliar spells to the users and those spells are supposed to be weaker than 'inherent' spells of the mages. Yet, 100% dispelling still occurs, and it's damn weird/buggy/wrong.
