Whenever I use the ability 'scout' it activates the 'log in' timer for me. I am not able to 'flyto' after scouting for 5 minutes.

So if I scout my enemy, which I pretty much always do, I'm unable to attack them. This has never been an issue in the past so something has broken it.

There are a few bugboard posts on this topic, and I've tried to reproduce them and can't.

If someone can figure out a *surefire* way to make this happen, please let me know and I'll look more into it.
