I found this "javelin" in the Seantryn Modan bay area on the masked bandit.


l javelin
Splintering wood has been repaired over time with patches of tar. A thick,
gritty paste stains the sharpened tip of the javelin, emitting an nauseatingly
acrid odor.

A wooden javelin with a darkened tip is a flail, made of wood, and weighs 15 pounds 6 ounces.
