Wondering if this commune is functioning properly. I am receiving echoes fine in combat, but they are not generating the effects. I know this can vary and I've had the path before and it used to generate an affect to correspond with the echo.

As your wound lands, it drives you to fight that much harder! - echo is working but effect is not generating.

Ideally I'd have the rest of that combat round, plus an 'AF' before and after.
