With the Racial edge to make underdark a graveyard, certain graveyard spells/skills work, others do not.

Work:
Wall of Putrid Flesh
Manifest Shadow
Corpse Thrall
Greater Undead
Lesser Undead

Don't Work:
Umbra
Cryptcall

Umbra doesn't directly tie into the usage of bodies/spirits like the other spells listed.

Cryptcall, in a mechanical sense, is a super fancy version of summon and the other assorted relocation spells. Those don't work in the UD in 99.999999% of situations.

If you want to try and petition Scar to update these go nuts, but go to gameplay or emails if you opt for that route.
