Is repel henchmen still available as an edge? I have had enough edge points for all four bird edges combined but it still was not available on the list.

Perhaps the edge cost is broken.

In particular who you are. There are a few things required for this edge to be available and without being able to know your char's name I can't confirm you have all the stuff.
