From the players:

One of the questions still refers to the Omegus .

After correctly answering a question regarding the words
of the Oath, the guardian shakes his head, tells you you
are wrong, and lets you pass .

After correctly answering a question regarding the Lords
of Empire, the guardian refuses entry.
