The feces of an orc is not a proper ingredient.

Looking at the code is appears that this ingredient is made to be used with something other than grenade-making.

I would assume the appropriate text is the following in the helpfile -

Thieves can create a grenade from an ingredient. These ingredients are often the same ones used in making poisons or the same ingredients other thieves use to make *DAMAGE TRAPS*. Once a grenade is made, it can then be LAUNCHed at an enemy.


I would assume orc feces is for some other form of trap.
