Not sure if it's by design or whatnot, but I found it terrible. Aimed shot doesn't work underwater for mariner. Helpfiles seem to suggest that rangers can even use their skills in water (vs goblins I guess).

Given that everything else, see: flaming arrows, works underwater, I felt I'd point this out in case noone had noticed. If this is working as intended, please don't remove immolate arrows!
