Leverage kick's damage is not increased by spiked toed boots. Nor is leverage kick damage increased by the weapon wielded, damage roll, or anything. Is this a bug?

Spiked boots applying to leverage? Sure, I'll add that.

The rest of the stuff? Leverage kick is based on certain things, not necessarily those.
