(I would like this not be posted upon fixing)

Supposedly, if you attack any of the tough mobs that call guards, those guards should immediately strike you.

It doesn't happen if you're a shapeshifter in form: the guards appear but fail to strike you. They will not assist afterwards either, except for elite guards.

Presumably the mob prog addresses the character by name.
