Dagger spec skills seem to be causing yells in the middle of combat when you are already engaged. Sucks for people who get attacked in protected cities while tribs are on duty, they end up getting flagged for using their skills.

Off the cuff, it looks like artery is supposed to handle this scenario. A log might save us some time in debugging if you can provide one.
