With ITU up it and no other PCs in the area it acts as normal. However when someone walks in to the room the undead attack me and not them.
I reviewed some older logs and saw that this actually was happening a while back in the Mausoleum also.

I'm not sure why ITU would be behaving this way. Level does matter though, so it's possible you're encountering mobs above your level.
