An elven merchant tells you 'some blue boots of water-skimming isn't something I'm even interested in purchasing.'

These boots are crafted from thick black leather, by a master craftsman.
The appear very comfortable, and broken in by years of use. Carved into
the sides of the boots are a pair of winged horses.

Knee-high leather boots is light armor worn on the feet, made of leather, and weighs 1 pounds 13 ounces.
