I'm playing an offense major shifter and I haven't notice any difference in damage whether I have bestial fury enlivened or not. Or is the increase in damage so minimal that I don't notice it? Thanks.

Bestial Fury provides a small boost to your damroll, how much of one exactly depends on circumstance. You should see that bonus in form:

E.g.,
> shift tiger
Hitroll : 59(59 ) Damroll : 51(51 )
> enliven bestial
Hitroll : 59(59 ) Damroll : 51(55 )
