Subject: Anoint Weapon does not work on the sword Arctic Moon (Could be intended?)

Expected: When I try to anoint the weapon, I would expect for it to tell me its not possible or to do it.

Actual: When I try to anoint the weapon, it fails consistently.

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Acquire the sword Arctic Moon on a paladin
2) Try to anoint it

Certain items are immune to abilities like anoint. If you identify Arctic Moon you will see:

It is immune to any attempts to change its nature.

As an side, we recently did a pass of updating this flag on a number of items so anoint may have worked on this one before, or it may not have.
