PANSEASONAL CHAMPION (3520)

This racial edge, only available to members of seasonal races, allows a
character with it to remain active in Thera after their race has receded from
involvement in the world at the end of their season.

THIS RACE is available to any member of a seasonal race who is at least level
40, although its cost is less for characters who are experienced and accomplished.
