I've been using this quite a lot lately with the current "bleeder" pk range lately, and it has never once repaired bleeding. Recently, I've used it about 20 times on the Archmage to no luck in curing any bleeding.

Can this be checked maybe? Am I not doing something right?
All it does is seem to give a slight heal, screw up your charisma, and remove helpful spells

It works just fine. Even when it doesn't cure the bleeding it helps cut it down.
