I am level 20 and I found a sleek sienna.

It might be someone else's, but wanted to mention it in case this is not something you would expect to happen.

Also, if it is not a bug, you might want to think about whether the person's wand will be reassigned when I picked it up instead of them.

You can stumble on to a wand that someone else caused to appear.

As a level 20 guy, you won't be able to use it.
