I didn't log it, but twice fighting a conjuror when I tried to cast betrayal on his fire elemental, if I didn't lose concentration the mud crashed before the echo for the commune showed. I was able to commune betrayal (unsuccessfully) on an archon without this happening.

You can't actually cast it on mobs. This shouldn't crash the mud anymore, though.
