Died in Tiamat's lair, came back to see about getting my things back and ended up getting rotted by one of the NPCs there while still a ghost, causing a second death.

You should not have been able to enter there, dragon lairs are supposed to be ghostproof... but crawl was not respecting that. Fixed.
