there's a persistent bug with call lightning where it still works even if the target is unseen because you can call it without a target and it will hit whoever you last fought

Its been working this way for years, used by multiple IMPs in this fashion, and discussed previously publicly as working correctly.

The feature of being able to leave off the target and have it target the last person you fought is definitely by design. The other part though is whether you should be able to hit someone you can't see. I discussed this with Daev and we agreed this is something that was overlooked so I added a check.

I'm sure there are other bugs in the code that have been around for years... one day they'll get fixed.
