Upon leaving the sect hall the ghoul shakes his head at a wrong answer given, even when it is correct. When I go back in to check I have typed/said it correctly. It is not always the same question that causes the bug either.

Sorry No log at the moment as it failed to log it for me.

Log/context would be useful because the most likely cause is that something is affecting your speech in a way that you don't notice but other characters including the guardian do.

For example, you're drunk.
