Probably it is broken, since I never managed to evade nor targeted spell, not area during last week. Obviously, area spell evade is not provided, but spells, aimed on me should work? Or not?

Evade : Evasion of Skills and Spells

Never bothered to check earlier if it works or not. Or maybe I'm just too unlucky and it's working, but very very rarely?
